Tool Spare Parts and Exploded Diagrams

Most spare parts are special order. We order each part in from the manufacturer or its Australian distributor once you place your order.

It depends on the part. Parts held in Australia usually arrive quickly, while parts sourced from overseas take longer. If you need a part by a certain date, call us before ordering and we'll check.

Parts marked discontinued can't be ordered online, but call or email us and we'll check for a replacement. If a part you've ordered turns out to be discontinued, we'll contact you and refund that part.

Spare parts are ordered in specifically for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the model and part number before ordering. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a part is faulty.

On the nameplate or sticker on the tool body, usually near the handle or motor. Use the model number (for example DHP481), not the product name.

Yes. Every part is a genuine manufacturer part sourced from Makita, Milwaukee or Paslode or their Australian distributor, identified against the exploded diagram for your exact model.

Find the model number on your tool’s nameplate, search it above, then find the broken part on the exploded diagram. Note its number and select that number in the parts list, which shows the genuine part number and price.

Manufacturers regularly replace part numbers. Where a part has been superseded, the diagram lists the current replacement part so you order the right one. The original part number is noted beside it.

Our diagrams include most older Makita models as well as current tools. If a part is marked Discontinued, or your tool isn’t listed, call or email us with your model number and we’ll check what’s still available.

The part can usually still be ordered, but it isn’t on our current price list. Email us your model number and the diagram number and we’ll send you a price.

Yes. Spare parts are posted Australia-wide, or you can choose pickup and collect them from our Geelong store once they arrive.
